Lords Mobile Players Raise Money for War Child UK’s Armistice Campaign

There are 350 million children living in conflict zones, all of them in danger of death, exploitation, malnutrition, and more. The very worst things you fear happening to your own child are happening to millions of children, right now, all around the world.

War Child UK is a charity whose sole aim is to mitigate the harm that children in conflict zones are suffering.

Operating in Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, Uganda, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and more places besides, War Child UK reaches children as early as possible yo ensure that they have access to education, nutrition, and security.

Now here’s where you come in. IGG developer Lords Mobile joined up with War Child UK last month to support the charity’s yearly Armistice Event. The studio put together a special edition War Child pack, with the proceeds going to help children who really need the help.

IGG made sure to get the word out about the War Child pack, running a huge online social media campaign as well as advertising the event on the official Lords Mobile website. On top of that it distributed a message via the app, ensuring that no Lords Mobile player could possibly miss the call to action.

IGG is one of the biggest developers and publishers in the world, with offices in 20 countries and a brace of smash hit games like Castle Clash, Kingdoms Mobile, and of course Lords Mobile. The company has enormous reach, which is great news for War Child UK and its recipients.

The charity aimed to raise money through its Armistice campaign in 2019. The final fundraising figure will be revealed in January 2020, but IGG’s players managed to contribute an impressive amount by buying War Child packs.

While this incredible result is cause for celebration, there are still many in need, and the number of children affected by conflict is still on the rise.
